Mayfair’s teachers have a combined total of more than 25 years of teaching experience at Mayfair.

Each of Mayfair’s teachers is state-certified with specialization in early childhood or elementary education.

Mayfair boasts an exceptional student-to-adult ratio with Threes, Fours and Enrichment classes staffed by two teachers.

Experience and Competency…

Stephanie Center is the lead teacher of the Fours class. Before starting at Mayfair in 2001, she earned a Bachelor’s degree from Eastern Michigan University with a major in Special Education and a minor in Early Childhood Education, and logged eight years of teaching experience. Miss Stephanie has three children.

Marilou Drewniak is the assistant teacher for the Fours class. She has taught at Mayfair since 1994, with seven years of experience teaching in the primary grades before that. Miss Marilou earned a Bachelor’s degree in Education from Central Michigan University with a major in Science, and has three children.

Robin Rossman is the assistant teacher for the Threes class. Robin’s fifteen years of teaching experience include three years as a kindergarten teacher and, most recently, five years of preschool teaching. Robin holds a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work and Psychology from Michigan State University as well as a Master’s degree in Elementary and Special Education from Wayne State University. Miss Robin has two children.
